Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Personalised & Custom Orders
As each personalised piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your approved design, we will gladly resolve this for you.
